Construction is one of the most important industries in the Flathead Valley, and we have a great deal of experience representing a wide variety of clients in the construction area, including but not limited to construction defect, construction litigation and dispute resolution, construction lien issues, and collection matters.

We are committed to helping clients recover the damages they deserve for injuries suffered in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice matters, and other personal injury claims.

We offer estate and succession planning tailored to meet your individual needs.  We help guide individuals through the estate planning process to ensure that their financial and personal matters are properly managed in the event of incapacity, disability, or death.  Our services include preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and health care directives, guardianships and conservatorships, and other family planning.

We understand the stress associated with being charged with any crime, and our experienced criminal defense team assists clients in all criminal matters ranging from misdemeanor charges (including DUI, Assault, Reckless Driving, Theft, etc) to serious felonies, including homicide, assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment, etc.

We assist clients through the probate process as needed to distribute a deceased person’s assets to heirs, devisees and creditors. If litigation is necessary, we assist clients through the probate litigation process as well.
